Career Transition/Outplacement
After employment ends, an employee will make decisions about career, finances and his future. The Prism Group provides a bridge between the employer and the next employer, self-employment or retirement. Programs for executives and managers are delivered individually. Programs for line employees can be delivered in group workshops or one-on-one.

Executive Outplacement Services
Senior executives will have access to a customized career program through The Prism Group. The program addresses individual needs and considerations. The personalized executive program can include: career assessments, marketing planning, networking functions, financial planning, entrepreneurial support, search training and assistance. Private office space is available for executives in transition. Executives have access to internet training, proprietary search tools, voicemail and administrative support throughout their Career Transition Program.
Individual Programs
One month to twelve month individual career consulting programs are available for employees in career transition. Programs can be delivered in our office or remotely with regularly scheduled consultant meetings. Candidates will have access to our office, career planning tools and full array of on-line support. We will make recommendations for the career program based on the person, his situation and the market.
Group Workshops
Comprehensive one, two and three day workshops can be delivered around the clock at your workplace or ours. After completing this workshop, the employee will have covered key job search topics as dealing with change, self-assessment, career decisions, research, marketing, resume preparation, interviewing, job offer evaluation and on-going career preparedness.
