Retirement Planning

So, you are 45. What will you be doing at 70? It is not JUST about the money. Money is important, but if you retire (for the first time*) at 57, how will you spend the next 30 or more years? Many people go back to work, at least part-time.

You can start a whole new career at 60. Changing from full-time to part-time or being at home with your spouse can change everything. In addition to changed views about work, clients also reevaluate how they spend time with family and friends.

Retirement is as unique as you are. If you feel like you are headed into uncharted waters and that you would benefit from a gameplan, retirement coaching may be right for you.

Our programs include individual and group coaching along with proven assessments for retirement planning. If you are thinking of reinventing yourself or, at a minimum, want to be sure you are on the right track for a fulfilling retirement, consider planning for retirement as you would a career. Like changing jobs or starting anything new, having a well mapped out plan will help you get where you are going.

Don't wait! Clients in their 40's are preparing for this phase. We recommend that you and your family start thinking about it and planning for it 15 years out. It is not about what you are retiring from but what you are retiring to.

Is it too late to plan if I've already stopped working? It is never too late. Sometimes clients start retirement believing they are prepared for a successful retirement. They may find opportunities and challenges they had not expected. Work with a retirement coach can help you recalibrate as you make decisions throughout your post-work life.
