Gerriann Fagan founded The Prism Group after working in the career consulting industry for an international human capital consulting firm. She saw a niche for a locally owned and operated firm with international delivery capability. Her passion for career excellence and corporate performance are the foundation for the services The Prism Group provides.

Prior to consulting, Ms. Fagan served as Sr. Human Resources Executive for a newspaper holding company. While working in health care, Ms. Fagan held several HR and Operations Leadership positions with an international health care organization. Her clients include financial services, professional services, manufacturing and service.

Ms. Fagan holds a Senior Professional Human Resource Certification (SPHR) and a M.A. in Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, MN. She is a Birkman Certified Consultant, Myers-Briggs Qualified, and has been certified as Retirement Planning and Business Coach.

Ms. Fagan is a member of both The Birmingham and Hoover Chambers of Commerce. She is immediate past President of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) in Birmingham and serves on their board. She serves on the Board of United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Birmingham and the Advisory Council for AWARE, a Division of Positive Maturity. She is actively involved in the Society of Human Resources Management and currently serves on the advisory council for the Birmingham Chapter – BSHRM. She serves on Career Partners International’s Marketing, Retirement Planning and Outplacement Committees.
